Our background
Our work is informed by more than eight years of hands-on experience in the drainage and groundworks industry. That includes investigating blockages, working with underground pipework and assessing when a drain needs clearance, repair or replacement. We've brought that practical experience into a new family-run business.
Investigation before repair
We use Scanprobe CCTV equipment to inspect accessible drains, investigate the cause of recurring blockages and identify visible pipe defects. Depending on the findings, the next step could be high-pressure jetting, a targeted repair, suitable pipe lining, or excavation and replacement. We'll discuss the options for each job rather than assuming one method fits every problem.
Specialist equipment and training
Our equipment includes Scanprobe CCTV inspection technology and Renoline pipe-lining systems. The experience behind the business includes NPORS excavator operator qualifications for machinery below and above 10 tonnes, plus CAT & Genny cable-avoidance and confined-space training. Specific qualifications and requirements can be confirmed for the work involved.
Work backed by guarantees
We offer 10-year guarantees on drain lining and excavated pipework renewals, and a five-year guarantee on new soakaway installations. The work covered and any conditions or exclusions should be set out in writing before a job is agreed.
Real-world drainage experience
Before Below and Beyond was established, the experience behind our business included locating and exposing a manhole concealed beneath a property's floor and high-pressure jetting through four-inch drainage pipework. These are examples of earlier industry experience, rather than completed Below and Beyond contracts.

We welcome enquiries from homeowners, landlords, businesses and property managers. Our working area extends broadly between Stevenage, Brighton, Torquay and Bristol, with attendance planned according to the area and nature of the job.
